The pop-up transfer conveyor operates through an air cylinder and motor-driven conveyor belt to achieve perpendicular movement of materials to the flow direction.

It is typically paired with the Poly-V belt roller conveyor (XRM A1001).

This conveyor is suitable for 90° transport direction changes or altering the transport path, commonly used for turning and diverting cartons and boxes.
