Eastfound Malaysia Celebrates First Anniversary

(Johor Bahru, Tanjung Langsat Port, August 1, 2024) – Eastfound Malaysia Sdn Bhd marked its first anniversary with a celebratory luncheon attended by all factory and administrative staff. Under perfect weather conditions, the employees gathered to sing the birthday song, creating a lively and joyful environment. The celebration featured a variety of delectable foods, including various cuisines, pastries, fruits, and a birthday cake. General Manager Lacey Sun  led the festivities, guiding the team in singing, clapping, and cheering before blowing out the candles and cutting the cake.

The event was organized by the new HR supervisors, who ensured a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees. The team also took their first “family photo” in the office, capturing the moment with staff members present.

Eastfound Malaysia, established on August 1, 2023, began with  key pioneers including Lacey , Azizi, and Aiman. Despite the challenges faced, the company has grown with dedicated employees working towards the construction and development of the new plant. With determination and hard work, the company aims to complete the new Eastfound factory within two years, benefiting the local and regional wire mesh pallet industry and fostering new business opportunities. As Lacey stated, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step! The vast landscape is majestic and unparalleled!”

During the luncheon, Lacey expressed her gratitude and optimism for the future, stating, “Today is a significant milestone for Eastfound. We invite everyone to join our company and collaborate in creating new opportunities.” The HR also announced new welfare adjustments for employees starting in August, encouraging them to remain motivated and productive. Additionally, the company has organized a Family Day event on August 17, featuring a one-day trip to the east coast of Mersing for all employees to enjoy.
